Underground Fiber Installation, Minimal Surface Disruption

Some sites — finished landscaping, paved parking lots, roadways, historic districts — simply can't be trenched open without significant cost and disruption. MD Fiber Optic uses horizontal directional boring (HDD) to place conduit and fiber underground with a small entry and exit pit rather than a continuous open trench, which keeps surface restoration costs down and minimizes downtime for the property or business above.

We handle conduit placement, fiber pulling, splicing, and OTDR certification as a single coordinated project, and we work with property owners and site contacts to identify existing utilities before boring begins.

What's Included

Traditional open-trench installation where boring isn't the right fit
